Experi Design is a new design company founded on over 25 years of design leadership experience in marketing, advertising, and consulting organizations. Lessons learned across different companies and clients have helped to define our approach to both the work and to client relationships.
Our story begins with our values. Regardless of the work or the clients we work with, our values are what we look to to build lasting relationships and deliver great experiences. These are just a few of our core values that we work to honor every day.
Project success starts and ends with people. While we want to be great to work with, we also want to interact with great people.
Delays happen...projects hit bumps...timelines change. We recognize this but also constantly deliver value and push to be on time, every time.
Clients should never wonder where things are or how things get done. We also push to understand everything feeding the project from our clients.
Gatekeeping is real. We work to create "partners" as everyone has a stake in project success.
Overthinking can lead to delay or failure. We start simple and evolve the project, testing and validating decisions at every step along the way.
We work primarily remotely. We also believe that removing the physical space leads to better opportunites to work with the best resources possible.
Experi Design is structured to operate virtually. We connect with the people to deliver what is needed, when it is needed. Our associates are available to deliver what they are best at and ultimately work to keep budgets and costs at a minimum. When larger projects are initiated, partnering with client resources and developers is often an initial path. When needed, external development teams can be engaged to best deliver custom functionality and applications.
