Let’s face it, you are busy. Very busy. It doesn’t matter if you are a team of 1 or on a team of many, there are so many things to manage each day.

Sometimes, we all just need a helping hand to get over the hurdles. Sometimes that amount of tasks can be overwhelming. And frankly, sometimes we all just don’t know where to start.

Experi Design Days are positioned to provide that much needed support in smaller, digestible bites.

Each day can focus on practically anything. The defining characteristic is that you get 100% focus on your tasks for the whole day. No juggling with other clients and projects, and no disruptions.

Unlike other project offerings, these days are flexible. During our initial discovery call and follow up communication, we identify all of your specific tasks and prioritize them for completion. Can everything be done in a day? Generally, these tasks list encompass more than a day’s effort initially. Prioritization will help us best define what can reasonably be accomplished in a day. In cases where additional days are needed, we can add those in as needed that fit within your schedule.

Ultimately, the goal is to get the most value out of each day as possible.

Experi Design offers Web design, branding design, and content support during these days. These tasks tend to be the best for constraining to a day. Other offerings are longer solutions that practically bundle several individual tasks in one package. That said, we can discuss in our discovery call what you need and see if this is a good fit.

At the end of the day, all files and materials that were completed are delivered to you, or awaiting approval from earlier delivery. To keep things efficient, each item is handed over for review immediately as completed in case any adjustments are needed.

In some cases, tasks may not have been able to be completed in one day. As items were prioritized, it is possible that some of the tasks will require additional time to complete. Any delays are communicated during the Design Day and we can discuss options for completion. In some cases, a little overrun is accpetable as part of the day. In otheres, we may need to look at additional days or even a half day or two to complete everything.

This is a new offerings from Experi Design. Traditionally, Experi Design focused on larger projects that had hourly estimates that lasted durations of weeks to months (sometimes years). As a new offering and a new way of working, the pricing is discounted for a limited time.

Thee work is booked one day at a time. For more extensive task lists or larger project work, we can book multiple days at once and they can be scheduled to be convenient for you. Since this offering will require more time commitment from you to deliver in a day, your schedule is critical for success. Once an initial call is complete and a proposal is approved, the design day can be scheduled at your convenience.

The day rate is fixed at $750 per day. This discounted price will not last forever. Book your days now to lock in pricing!

All new clients for this offering are part of our beta program as we focus on processes and overall offerings. In return, we will be asking for generous feedback, testimonials, and potentially creating case studies for ongoing marketing. 

Payment is split over two payments. 50% is due when scheduled as a deposit and the remainder is due at the end of the scheduled design day. Alternative arrangements can be discussed on the initial discovery call.
